EV wird nicht mehr geladen

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe seit einigen Tagen das Problem, dass mein Auto nicht mehr (vernünftig) geladen wird.
Unabhängig vom Lademodus…
Wenn ich die WB auf Sofortladen stelle und das Auto anstecke, startet das Laden ganz normal und lädt ein paar Minuten mit 11kW.
Dann sieht man im Log das aus heiterem Himmel die Ladeleistung runtergeregelt wird und dann stoppt.
Manchmal startet es nach ein paar Minuten wieder, manchmal aber auch nicht.

Ich habe eine openWB series 2,
am EVU nutze ich ein Fronius Smartmeter,
ich habe 2x PV, eine an dem Fronius, eine über ein zusätzliches SDM-120.
Ein BYD 10kW Speicher ist ebenfalls über den Fronius angeschlossen.
Die FW habe ich auf die aktuelle 1.9.330 aktualisiert, leider keine Veränderung des Verhaltens.

Diesen Fehler habe ich jetzt auch

Immer wenn der Prozess "var/www/html/openWB/regel.sh" abbricht, springt die WB auf Stopp und der Ladevorgang wird beendet.
Weshalb bricht "regel.sh" ab.
Hat da jemand eine Idee?

Über die Var "wattbezug" kann man sehr gut erkennen, das der Ladevorgang bendet wurde

Es wäre vermutlich gut, im Zeitraum an dem die Ladung stoppt, die Ladestatus-Änderungen zu beobachten.
Leider ist die Historie in der openWB sehr kurz, 100 Zeilen, ca. 2 Minuten.
Wenn Ihr ein Linux laufen habt könntet Ihr versuchen, mit diesem Script eine längere Historie aufzuzeichnen:

In der ersten Zeile den korrekten Namen bzw. IP-Addresse (mit http:// davor) eintragen
Dann das Script zu Beginn des Ladens in einer Shell starten und während des Ladevorgangs laufen lassen
Wenn das Laden gestoppt hat mit Ctrl-C abbrechen.

Die 2 echo-statements sind eigentlich nicht nötig geben aber etwas Rückmeldung was das Script gerade macht.
Doppelte Zeilen werden vom Script entfernt.
Die Datei ladestatusall.log enthält dann den ladestatus über den gesamten Zeitraum in dem das Script lief.
Aus dieser Datei dann den Ausschnitt posten an dem das Laden stoppte incl. einiger Zyklen davor und danach.

Vielleicht gibt das ja etwas mehr Info was da genau passiert.

... bei der Phasenumschaltung wird tatsächlich kurz gestoppt, aber dann wieder weiter geladen, aaber dann würde ich weitere Einträge in den Logs erwarten.

Ich habe in den openWB scripts geforscht (incl. Zeilennummern):

Das Abschalten (lademodus = 3/Stop) wird von regel.sh ausgelöst:

Das bedeutet also, dass irgend etwas eine 3 (=Stop) in die Datei .../ramdisk/lademodus schreibt.

Jetzt stellt sich die Frage ob und evtl. wie das mit diesem Ereignis im Debug Log zusammenhängt:

Die Zeitüberschreitung passiert 2 Sekunden nach dem Stop könnte also auch eine Folge des Problems sein.
Bei einer Zeitüberschreitung wird die regel.sh sofort beendet, da kann der ladestatus (eigentlich) nicht verändert werden.

Fragen - um einige Möglichkeiten auszuschliessen:
1) Gibt es ein Smarthome System (ioBroker, Home Assistant, NodeRed, ...)?
2) Falls ja, wird von diesem (bewusst oder unbewusst) über MQTT an die openWB gesendet? (Falls ja, könnte der MQTT Log weitere Auskunft geben)
3) Werden RFID Tags benutzt?
4) Könnte jemand Zugriff auf das Web-UI oder das Display der openWB haben und den Lademodus auf Stop ändern?

Noch etwas wegen der Fehler im SOC Log.
Ich glaube diese Meldungen sind in der aktuellen Version nicht so häufig.
Auf welcher openWB SW Version ist das System?
Aktuell sollte es mindestens Stable 1.9.303 sein.
Ansonsten könnte hier auch ein Neustart (Einstellungen - System - Reboot) helfen.

Meine PV-Anlage besteht aus einem Kostal-Plenticore 8,5 mit BYD-Speichermodul.
Über einen Raspi 3b+ betreibe ich meine Haustechnik. Der Pi fragt alle 3 Minuten die WB ab.
Dies mach ich mit: r = requests.post("http://openWB/openWB/web/api.php?get=all")
Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, das durch diese Abfrage der Fehler ausgelöst wird.
Zur Sicherheit habe ich die Abfrage abgeschaltet und werde weiter testen.
Auf der WB habe ich die aktuelle Nightly-Version 1.9.304
Bei der Version 1.9.303 hatte ich das Problem auch. Ich habe auch mehrfach ein reboot ausgeführt.

OK, das klärt die Frage nach kostal.

Interessant könnte die Verwendung des REST-API sein.
Das machen aus meiner Sicht nur sehr wenige Anwender.
Das könnte es unerwünschte Seiteneffekte geben:

Ich würde mit requests.get() statt requests.post() abfragen.
post erlaubt theoretisch das Übermitteln von Daten während get "read-only" ist.
Daymit könnte theoretisch auch der lademodus verändert werden.
Das gelesene Ergebnis sollte gleich sein aner
Ich würde trotzdem den Umstieg auf MQTT empfehlen.

Das Problem mit dem Dateizugriffsfehler im SOC-Log bzgl. soc_vwid_replylp1 ist mir nicht klar.
Es sollte im normalen Betrieb nur einmal nach Speichern der Ladepunkt-Konfiguration auftreten aber nicht ständig.
Es sollte aber trotzdem keinen Einfluss auf die Funktion haben.

Beobachte mal, ob ohne die Abfragen per REST-API
- das Laden nicht mehr abbricht
- der Fehler im SOC-Log bzgl. soc_vwid_replylp1 verschwindet.

Die WB-Abfrage hatte ich beim letzten Ladevorgang abgeschaltet. - es hat funktioniert.
