Jetzt habe ich das Secret nochmals gelöscht, in Tronity geändert und das SoC Modul deaktiviert. Danach habe ich es aktiviert und mit dem neuen Secret verbunden. Jetzt werden beide Autos angezeigt und beim ersten Wagen wird auch der SoC richtig angezeigt und der ändert sich wie erwartet. Beim e208 ändert sich nichts und es wird auch nicht der richtige SoC angezeigt.

Jetzt will der Wagen aber auch nicht mehr laden, das ist alles sehr komisch bei dem e208.

Soweit ich das von der ersten Implementierung im Hinterkopf habe, werden nicht automatisch alle neuen Fahrzeuge in das "Platform" Modul bei Tronity synchronisiert. Ich musste damals auch mehrfach die Einrichtung in der Platform wegwerfen und neu erstellen. Es wurde damals gesagt, dass das in Zukunft automatisiert ablaufen soll. Vielleicht geht das doch noch nicht zuverlässig.

Hallo zusammen,

bei mir funktioniert SoC meines SmartEQ von Tronity nicht.
Fahrzeug ist bei Tronity angebunden und im Dashbord wird der SoC auch angezeigt.
In der OpenWB konnte ich Tronity auch im Ladepunkt einbinden (Client-ID und Secret eingetragen, konnte das Fahrzeug auch auswählen)
erhalte aber keine Werte von Trinity.

Walkaround: Fzg bei Tronity komplett rausgelöscht, neu hinzugefügt, LP in openWB neu angelegt, neue credentials eingetragen, no help.

Gibt es hierfür einen Walkaround oder hat jmd. eine Idee?

PS: in ABRP (a better route planner) wird für manche Fahrzeuge die Schnittstelle zu Tronity (zb für unsere ZOE) angeboten, beim Smart nicht! Noch nicht? oder "Nicht" weil die Schnittstelle s.o. nicht funktioniert?

Es gab zu Beginn das Problem, dass neu angelegte Fahrzeuge bei Tronity nicht in das Platform Modul übernommen wurden. Werden Dir da alle Fahrzeuge angezeigt? Ich denke schon, wenn der Smart in der Auswahlliste der openWB auftaucht.

Ansonsten bitte mal bei Tronity nachfragen, ob es mit Deinem Account ein Problem gibt und wie das mit dem Smart aussieht.

Tronity SoC für ID.3 bei 0%

Hallo Foristen,
das Tronity SoC-Modul, das wir für unseren ID.3 eingerichtet haben, zeigt momentan nur 0% an.
Tronity hat die Schnittstelle geprüft welche OpenWB abruft und bekommt den richtigen SoC angezeigt.
Verwendete Software ist openWB Version: 1.9.282 (2022-10-07 12:58:52 +0200
Ich habe das Modul noch einmal neu eingerichtet, aber ohne Erfolg.
Freue mich über Vorschläge.

Und wir freuen uns über Logmeldungen aus dem Status. Gerne mit aktiviertem Debug Mode 2. ;)

Nur das Debug-Log und für welchen Zeitraum und einfach als Text hier einstellen?

Das EV-SoC Log ist bei Problemen mit dem SoC sinnvoll. Einfach einen aussagekräftigen Zeitraum kopieren und hier als Code einfügen.
